20mg Citalopram

Hello folks, on Sunday coming, I will have been on citalopram for 4 weeks, about 1.5 weeks at 10mg and just over 2 weeks on 20mg. Was feeling great then bang!!! Anxiety came back and in the morning too, am I having delayed side effects from the increase, just a blip day, or are these just not working??? Or do I need to give more time?? Feel reallybl tired too, spoke with doctor yesterday and he wants me to take 20mg oneday and then 10mg the next, is this normal??

I am on 20mg and I would give it another couple of weeks if the anxiety isn’t too bad. I have been on it for 4 months now. I still occasionally get morning anxiety but I feel like it gets better once I meditate, eat something light and get on with my day.

I’ve been taking citalopram for 5 weeks now, the first 4 were horrendous had everything even lost a stone in weight but just coming right now give them time love xxx
