Congrats about the baby. I also struggle with anxiety and in medication and I know how scary that must be to have to come off it, due to being pregnant. For myself I like deep breathing and grounding exercises, to distract myself and focus on something other than the anxiety I feel. Therapy has helped me understand the anxiety I feel, and how I can cope with it. I’d definitely recommend therapy if it’s available. Also talk to your doctor about your concerns about your anxiety when coming off the medication. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy and a peaceful mind 💕
Thank you so much I have a therapist but due to the situation at the moment with Covid-19 I can’t see him we have been having over the phone appointments but due to coming of my medication my anxiety has gone mental and I can’t seem to talk to him like I used to I also try to keep my mind in certain situations but it’s a mental issue rather than me telling myself I can’t do it it’s my mind that automatically puts me in the zone thank you for the advise 💞
