Has anyone had the feeling they’re gonna die?

I have the same feeling everyday I wake up and am trying to work on controlling myself but it's hard I shack alot at night when I try to sleep because about a week ago I have been suffering from death anxiety I also need help trying to figure out how to manage these feelings and try to feel normal again

Have you tried a therapist as my brother used to suffer with simaller and found that a therapist worked amazing finding out different techniques?

Yes I do and you have to be determined not to and try everything to make yourself feel better that you know will help you. If you had anxiety long enough you will know ways helped you in the past so remember them when your struggling and use those methods to help you.
