Venlafaxine side effects?

I have started on 37.5mg Venlafaxine with a view to increase to 75mg after 1 week. For people who had side effects...how long after starting the tablets did side effects start?

Back when I was on this , my side effects started instantly . The dr Warned me that I’d feel really dizzy for a couple weeks when I first start , and that it would ease off. If you haven’t had this side effect yet, I don’t think you’ll have it, or you’d of felt it by now. After a couple weeks I started vomiting multiple times a day, was worse in the mornings. The dr then put me on the slow release version , and that helped a lot . I ended up stopping after 6 months due to certain things not working as well as they should , down stairs if you get what I mean. But we are all diff , and some people don’t get the side effects. I hope you do good on the meds, feel free to ask me anything if needed 🙏
