Does anyone have Generalized Anxiety? If so what are your symptoms?

I'm always worried, my mind never stops I overanalyze everything every conversation, I pull it apart until one small thing becomes a big deal, always calculating the outcomes and I panic when I feel like I don't have control of things. I'm better now though

Therapy, I don't have control over it completely but it's much much better now
