I really feel for you, I have feelings of impending doom regularly. I can be making a drink or watching tv and the feeling terrifies me. My body goes icy cold and I just want to curl up in a ball on the floor. I try to do some deep breathing and the main thing is to stop thinking about what you think might happen, because it never does
