Anxiety about fitness

So I’m worried about fitness all the time I haven’t regularly done any fitness in the pass 6 months and am always worried about my heart I’ve been diagnosed with health anxiety and depression but still worry there’s something wrong my heart jumps up so fast with little movement like I’ll go down the stairs or walk up the garden and it will go to 115 on average I’m so scared it could go to 200 while walking or jogging and I could die on the spot I need help with this as I really wanna get active again as I’ve gained 38 pound in 7 months so I’m really worried pls help ❤️

I always tell myself your heart rate is supposed to go up when working out, if it didn’t then we’d REALLY have a problem. You just have to work and talk yourself through it as it’s happening. Look up low cardio workouts on google too

Get a physical by your md. Then start an exercise plan.

Start off slow, make it a part of your day just like brushing your teeth. It will become habit and you will feel good physically and mentally
