So iv been having trouble sleeping due to severe anxiety, last night I had a good night, hung out with my wife and talked and I ended up sleeping with no issue, woke up this morning with a panic attack, Does this usually happen with anxiety? Any tips?

Yes,it is a big sign of anxiety.You just face your anxiety and tell it to go away!!
