Anxiety symptoms

Dose anyone feel as tho they are hearing things , like I hear talking outside or voices but it's just noise and I seem to be making up in head what they are saying , I know people talk about people but what I think they are saying is all negative, it's like the song ( everbodys talking at me but I can't hear a word they are saying only the ethos of my mind ) I'm not sure if this is just my over active imagination. Putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5, is this just paranoia , I live in a quiet road in a small village but I feel as tho I'm just making enemy's of everyone!

I feel your pain on this one. When my anxiety reaches an all time high I will have issues with my hearing. Ringing in my ears or a muffled constant sound. I’ve even lost hearing in one ear for a day or so when the anxiety lasts for days. When my hearing goes sometimes I swear I hear someone talking but I am alone in my house. I do have extreme social anxiety and I almost always feel like people are looking at me and judging me. I’m 90% sure they really aren’t but in my anxious state that is what it feels like. Keep your head up! Most likely people are not saying negative things about you. But I completely understand where you are coming from. Social anxiety sucks!
