It’s bad again

My body feels hot my chest hurts and like there is a pressure in it and it feels like my heart is racing I’m laying in a fetal position trying to get past this I want it to go away

Yes they are better I’m outside today my dad got me a motorcycle to work on so it keeps my mind busy
