Does anyone else wake up after a great nights sleep and the the shits on the world ? .snappy , can’t be bothered listening , tired , racing mind . Just in a fucking bad mood . Sorry for the language, but that’s how I’m feeling !🤬😤😪

Funny you should mention it - yes. It happened today. I don’t quite understand it, but I think my overall heightened sensitivity is making it seem worse than it is.

I had a good Sunday as well. I’m wondering if it’s my medication - Prozac. Still getting used to it.

It could be but I’m not sure 🤔I only take Kalma as a PRN , so it’s not meds for me

Hi JAYnLA how you feeling today ? I’m feeling so much better , been for a walk with my dog 🐕 and will go out in the sun after lunch and clean up a shed .😝😁😏

Sooooo much better. There was a little 'hangover' going on this morning but it turned into a fine day. Glad to hear yours moved on as well. So important for us to reply absorb that these things are always temporary.
