Interview stress

Hallo guys .

Is there anybody out there to help me calm down.

Am facing overwhelming anxiety and couldn't sleep at night.

I have an interview in the next 10mins and am so stressed.

My body is weak and so plus I feel extremely sleepy.

Please assist with coping mechanisms before I mess up this interview
