Anxiety/panic exercise

I occasionally have anxiety or panic attacks now, so when looking for ways to control it when I get in the situation, I’ve found a way to make the body go into full fight or flight mode. I turn the shower on cold after being in a hot shower for 5-10 mins. You feel shock, like you can’t breathe and might even start to black out, but in that moment you have the opportunity to learn to control your fight or flight response in a private environment and not to mention it’s great for your physical health too, not just mental.

Hey there, I've had pretty bad anxiety for the last few months, I take meds but am always looking for healthier, more natural ways of healing. I've experimented a bit with the cold shower, but don't do it every day... I'm curious, how long do you stay in the cold water and how frequently are you doing this?

I’ve just started doing this but I stay in the cold shower until it doesn’t feel cold to me anymore.
