Starting last night I jumped up out of a deep sleep gasping for air. After that I noticed my body reacting. I started to feel as if I was not in reality and fuzzy and lightheaded with pressure. Along with that my breathing felt differently...as if something was taking my breath away. This has been going on for almost 24 hours now. I am new to anxiety and I have never experienced this. I find myself googling ever possible thing that could be wrong with me and its all externally negative things....is this anxiety or is there something really wrong... if so scared of the outcome.

Fuzzy, odd breathing, tense and not my self...anxiety?
If you haven't been checked out medically you should, but everything you're describing are known anxiety symptoms. The breathing thing is the worst, but when it's caused by anxiety it's not harmful - just terrifying.
