Just wondering. I need someone to talk to, i’m anxious, i go to meps next month, but idk if i should lie about my undiagnosed health anxiety and scoliosis !!!

you havent been diagnoised you can make yourself sick feeling you have all these things alot going on alot of fear big changes can bring on anxiety it's the worst feeling ever .Pretend you have a bunch of balloons in your hand each bad thought or attack release one balloon and let it go relax you can keep making yourself sicker with all the thoughts you have going on have you tried lorazepam it helps i would stay away from xanax my experience it is addicting so talk to your doctor to get something to calm you down .I care cause I know the feeling blessings to you
