Psychosis?

I'm scared I have psychosis. Reason being i looked up symtoms and i had some of them. Can't think, numb emotions, trouble concentrating, withdrawal from friends and family, Overthinking. But i don't have all the symttoms..like hearing voices or having powers....Idk

Everything you listed is a known symptom of anxiety. Psychosis isn't subtle. If you were psychotic you probably wouldn't be able to write a post that makes sense, and your post is very normal. Hope this helps.
