Depersonlization?

Sometimes I won't feel real, or the world doesn't.....this depersonlization/derealization?

Unfortunately yes it is. Your brain takes a break from all the anxiety and worry and puts on a protective mode which results in not feeling really. It is a scary symptom of anxiety but it's protecting you so don't let it cause you more anxiety. Take care x

Have had this many times. Once I learned it was a 'symptom' of anxiety itself it helped me to calm down. Keep educating yourself as it is often the best weapon. When you experience it , tell yourself that you have felt this before, it is uncomfortable but not life threatening. You've lived through it many times. And will get through it 'this time'....just float with it. Often count 6 things you see, 6 things you can touch, and 6 things you can hear. It will ground you :))
