Waking in the night with sweaty neck and chest

Hi, I was wondering if anybody wakes up in the middle of the night with sweaty neck and chest. When I get it I panic and my heart rate increases. Have you ever experienced this? Thanks.

I can often wake up in a sweat. Sometimes with a nightmare, sometimes for no apparent reason..usually more so when I’m anxious about something.

With the weather how to been here in uk lately even more so,,,

If we Panic things do tend to get worse and I can get pailpitations and heart rate going up too...

I regularly get check ups at gp surgery , blood pressure , heart rate etc so I kinda feel reassured ...

Maybe have a check at gp surgery to reassure yourself, it could help stop you panicking ...
