so while im resting in bed i roll over my heart is racing to fast and beating hard while resting try to take a nap before i head out tonight to a club and hang out with some friends but my heart is annoying me and worrying im not even anxious or nervous at all and just by resting im getting these rapid heart beats it makes my body over react should i just stay home because of this is just this heart rythm problem docters said about a couple of months ago my heart is fine its hard to see find a problem eith your heart i hear about it people tell me its hard to find something right away but i just dont wanna have a cardiac arrest or something happen i just want my old me again and enjoy life ... ugh.
