Feeling weird.

So I was sitting on the couch earlier watching TV and I wasn't worried at all, suddenly, this feeling came on where I was like very uncomfortable all over inside my body, it wasn't depersonalozation, it just felt odd. It's an unexplainable feeling. Like when you feel butterflies in your stomach, I felt that all through my body and felt like I was about to go crazy. Is this an anxiety symptom? Am i alone on this? This feeling really scared me and I have never had that with anxiety.

That had appended to me before, I could be fine watching television and all of a sudden I get this warm feeling and I get anxious out of no where. It really sux but I try and just breath through it and it will usually pass with out getting worse.

Is it like a flush that goes through your whole body? Like a warm or cold feeling? I have had then when my anxiety is really bad and panic sets in. Stay calm and slow your breathing down, distract yourself by walking around or watch tv etc... Hope you are ok xx

No it's more of like butterflies through my whole body. It's very scary.

I have felt it before. For me, is part of my anxiety. One of the big things I struggle with is health anxiety , so every symptom means the worst for me. So feeling butterflies all over my body definitely makes it worse. I just look for distractions right away. It can be scary I agree.
