Fear is killing me

I just feel comfortable with all. But what I think Is something is killing me 24 by 7. My mind always thinks something and makes me very dull and depressed. I am very much overthinking. I can't even able to work and fear that I will leave my job. I just worry about everything. Please help me everyone. Always overthinking and thinking. Please I feel like suiciding. I feel shivered. Always thinking and thinking

You need to get yourself some professional help. Honestly it's the best thing I did. I kept thinking I was dying and was always overthinking everything. You need to go see a psychologist or psychiatrist please go see your GP and get a referral. Suicidal thoughts are not to be taken lightly. Stay strong X

I agree try and get help by ringing your doctor. Anxiety can make you feel this way, especially suicidal ideation

I agree 100% get into therapy and make an appointment with a psychiatrist! Making a decision to get help was the best thing I could have done for myself. A little less than a year ago I was consumed with fear and was so depressed and anxious all the time. Taking this step was hard but so worth it! I have a different life today and I'm enjoying every minute. I cannot say that I'm anxiety and panic free but I'm not dreading waking up every day and have such a more positive outlook on life!
