My doctor says I don't have chronic fatigue syndrome but I am constantly tired and drained of energy. Not sure if this is a symptom of anxiety/depression but I'm just tired of being tired. All I want to do is drink caffeine to get me through the day but I know that's a bad habit in itself and only results in more energy crashes. Ugh, help?

Is this anxiety?
Hello Rachel913,
You have me in a condrey, but I am not always the sharpest pencil in the box. On this post you don't know and are asking if your tiredness is anxiety, but on other posts you just made have the title of "tips and tricks on how to deal with anxiety"....or something similar to that as a title.
About your tiredness, maybe you if would be wise to have a full physical exam including blood work to see if that shows a thyroid or other cause.
About your posts about tips and tricks to deal with anxiety, think I'll wait before I check that out, as my anxiety has the opposite effect on me than what you are describing. Sometimes I think I could be Spiderman when my anxiety hits and I need to find ways to calm myself before I try to climb walls.
HearYou,
Thanks for your response. My tips and tricks post was just giving others helpful tools that I use to keep my anxiety at bay. While I still have health anxiety and symptoms, that post was simply the things I use to help me. My anxiety is nowhere near gone as it's something I suffer from and continue to deal with everyday. Just thought I'd share my personal suggestions with others is all. I've come a long way in a year and I've found some things more helpful than others. And I've had a full body exam including all blood work, I'm "healthy", but I just don't feel healthy at all.
