I would thoroughly recommend these exercises. So many people with anxiety carry tension in their backs and necks giving rise to all sorts of pains and symtoms which can then be misinterpreted. I find that practicing these sorts of exercises not only keeps my neck supple and reduces pain but also relaxes me.
