Have you seen a doctor about this? When did this start and what were you doing when it started? Is this common for you? If not I have to advice that it is better to be safe than sorry. It certainly does happen with anxiety. Mine never seems to stop hurting. With anxiety it is often common to mimic heart attack symptoms but unless you know it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Seen a few doctors had loads of tests I don't know why it's all happening

Anxiety can cause every bit of it. If your heart checked out good it’s most likely anxiety. Start working on that and you should tell a difference. Try your best to ignore it. The more attention you give it the more it will grow.

Always my symptom too. It’s muscular for me. I can find the trigger points and massage. Helps a lot.
