At night is the most depressing time of the day . I say that because every time it’s time for me to lay down my anxiety bothers me . I’m so use to it i have little things I do to try and help it . Sooner or later I know that i’ll be sleep .

Night time .
Nighttime is the worst for me too. I’ve heard that from lots of people. I get what feels like restless leg in my feet and hands. Must be a reason for it. I use Melatonin, Klonopin and sometimes Baclofen 10mg. They seem to help. Good luck and God bless you all.

Evenings can be difficult. What is working for me at the moment is to make certain the TV is off, I close my computer by 10 p.m., and reading books about the people of the beginning of what would become the US. Have learned no one is perfect, that politics haven't changed much in intent, and am learning how all these well know people ended up involved with a nearly catastrophic failure. Reads more like a storybook. I make myself stop reading about an hour before bed and then try to just be tired enough to may be sleep. All that helps me at the moment, but I know I'll have at least one PTSD nightmare. Used to try to stay up all night so I wouldn't sleep and have the nightmares. But have excepted I couldn't just continue to sleeping daytime and stay up all night. I am taking prazison, the med the VA gives to PTSD soldiers who experience the nightmares. It helps somewhat.
Best wishes for a better night for you.x
