Anxiety can pretty much cause anything. I can't breath right almost half the time. I over breath. My balance is off sometimes. My stomach is upset sometimes. I can't swallow sometimes. I can't talk right sometimes. I can't walk right sometimes.

I'm either the worlds biggest mess of mashed up symptoms, or I deal with really bad anxiety on a daily.

Yes but it's all just a symptom of anxiety If you read about the fight or flight it is to make the body lighter when you run away from a threat

When you are relaxed you don't feel the need to go So any relaxation techniques will help get rid of this annoying symptom
