I have took this tablet years ago but I have just gone back on it 10mg. I have depersonalisation feel like I’m in a dream all the time feeling weird not real or here etc. I am so scared advice please only took one today

Hi. I use to take Citapram about 6 years ago to help with my Anxiety too. A month or so ago during a stressful few months I considered for the first time in 6 years going back on them. I have situation anxiety, the situation being out of the house but I function well all things considered. Do you have any other side affects from your anxiety? Have you tried mindfulness? It’s a great way to stop the dizziness and bring you back to the here and now. It has worked great for me. Got me through the bad time so I’ve avoided medication.

this is EXACTLY what I feel, to a T.

I've been terrified over the "not here" feeling.. that is the worst for me.

I have been on Lexapro/Escitolopram 10mg for about 9 years now, and at first- it gave me my life back for years, still with the occasional panic attack and "normal anxiety", but I have felt my disorder creeping up on me in the last year and a half... maybe my meds stopped working? I've read about "poop out" ...have you ever experienced something like that?
