While trying to lose weight ive been having an odd hungry and nausea feeling that i can't figure out. I was wondering if it's me anxiously anticipating my hunger? Blood sugar is normal so can only think if its to do with my anxiety?

I get this myself since I’ve suffered with bad acid , makes me feel sick but hungry so I eat and it helps
