I've been trying so hard to get a hold of anxiety I've been reading more on it and also reading my book from Dr Claire weeks but it doesn't help all the time I try to follow the guidelines in accepting floating etc... but it's short lived. I've been struggling lately with alot of tension sometimes I can actually feel my shoulder let go of the tension and my ears as well it's like a big muscle that has relaxed but then I would be tensed again in a matter of minutes. I've noticed that my chest also feels tight and if I pay attention to it it intensify and when I dnt i dnt even remember it's there I'm wondering if it's due to tension. Does anyone have any remedy to my tensed body

Couple of days I went to get massage and today I went to get aligned. Both helped a lot. I tried taking Ashwagandha and it’s actually made me feel way better. You can buy at your local health store. Do some research on it and see if it sounds like something you’d be interested in. I hope you feel better, praying for everyone with depression and anxiety 🙏🏽🙌🏽

Claire Weekes' method doesn't give immediate relief, acceptance and floating have to be practiced for quite some time to allow sensitised nerves to recover. It is only when the nervous system recovers because it hasn't been bombarded with fear and stress hormones for some time that the benefit is felt and we are free from all the symptoms of anxiety.
have you tried the speakmans on you tube they look wierd but make sense lol good luck
