Having a really shakey day, right hand shaking like mad & left a little bit. Why do I let it panic me soooooo much????? I know all about acceptance & letting me it go but I just CAN’T! 😞

I don't think it's easy for any of us to accept it 100% there are some symptoms that worry us and we can't help feeling scared from time to time
