Has anyone ever felt like they don’t know who they are or what they want in life? I thought I knew who I was but I’m been living my life programmed by my toxic family. I want my own identity and be free from this generational curse that plagues my family.

Outside of your anxiety there is a person with their own beliefs, morals and dreams. Try to connect with this person. And tell the thoughts this person is going to be gaining control xx

That’s what I have been doing . 2018 will be the year I beat anxiety and help others with my story

A lot. And after a bereavement this year I'm struggling even more. I still think I'm here to help others. It seems natural.

I decided 2017 was my last year being depressed and anxious. I’m determined to make myself happy
