Feeling anxious, sleeping problems

Hi everyone , so let me start out saying my sleeping schedule is really messed up and it’s starting to effect my mental health. I go to sleep at 3am/4am and get up at 8am or 7am & can’t go back to sleep till noon around 2pm & sleep till 8pm , what really caused this is my boyfriends phone alarms always going off & my cell phone too because of calls and once I get up it seems like my mind wakes up but my body is tired , my mind won’t shut up when I’m trying to sleep it takes me hours laying their even with my eyes closed . Now I’m starting to feel anxious & overthinking and my head hurts & my eyes feel always tired but when it comes to sleep I can’t sleep , my anxiety is kinda their but I’m trying not to let it get to me that much but it’s because of the sleep schedule, can anyone help ? Does anyone else do this ?

I don't go to sleep till after midnight and when I do fall asleep earlier I wake up numerous times during the night. Not sleeping right affects your health in many ways. I experience fatigue, and my anxiety gets even worst when I feel sick due to lack of sleep . Only advice I have for you us put your phone on silent when you are about to sleep.

Thank you! I’m trying my best to get a 8 hour sleep or more just so I can get rid of these symptoms
