I think I have diabetes and heart disease.

I'm afraid that I have these two. All my life I was a junk eater (fast foods, candies, chips, and sodas.) But there were times when I ate healthy and lost the weight. Suddenly anxiety find its way to get me back to my old habits. I hate anxiety so much.

Anyways, I've convinced that I have these two. Last night after eating, I've experienced heart palpitations and passing excessive amount of gas (TMI, sorry lol.) I had cough up some mucus after having the heart palpitation. Scared me, I had to go on Google or Dr. Google to be exact. My searches ended up being results of heart disease, acid reflux, and etc. Darn it!! Why did I do that?!

And with diabetes? Like I said before I am a junk eater and overweight (not that big but I am a bit active) which increase my risk for it. I'm afraid of going to do the doctor's to be diagnosed, I'm afraid that I am going to die at a young age.

These are the symptoms I have experience:

- head rushes

- sweet/sour taste in mouth.

- excessive hunger and thirst.

- motion dizziness (idk something like that)

- headaches from the back.

- heart palpitations.

- tiredness.

- confusion

- mood swings.

I haven't had no rashes or excessive urination. But five of the symptoms I have mentioned may be coming from anxiety or I am on my cycle. I just came on today so yeah TMI again lol.

But I really need to go to the doctor's.

Deanna💜

You're afraid to go to your doctor to get tested but you're o.k. about coming to a bunch of unqualified amateurs like us for an opinion. For reassurance you must go see your doctor who will tell you if your heart is fine and whether you have diabetes. Then when you know for sure you will either get medical attention to treat the conditions or you can come to us and say "My doctor told me it's only anxiety" and we'll tell you what we know. But it would be wrong of us to say much without you having seen your dictor. Good luck.

Well it sounds like you know what you need to do. Don't let it get out of hand to a point where its seriously affecting your long term health. Physical health is just as important as the mental. we all gotta take better care of ourselves in all aspects of life for sure. stay blessed 🙏🏾

Google will always tell you the worse, you know what when I googled it told me I have several different types of cancer, MS, ALS, Heart disease, pretty much everything bad and I was dying. You know what I wasn’t if worried pop to your doctors and have tests done such as bloods as that will tell you and an ECG if you have any blood or diabetes issue. Try to stay calm and ignore the fear of the worse. Know my anxiety is always the worse just before my time of the month. Take care x
