Hi all, i started to feel quite agrophobic a few weeks ago and couldnt go out or be left on my own. This seems to have lessened now as i can be alone and go out, i just cant leave my town. I used to take my son to all the surrounding towns every weekend for various activites and now i feel panicky as soon as i hit an A-road or dual carrageway out of my town. Anyone else experienced this?
