Uncomfortable Sensations

Sometimes I get uncomfortable sensations such as a tingling type feeling across my chest area that come and go and I feel just a weird feeling over me a lot during my days where things just feel odd around me like idk what to do to feel normal. Is this anxiety? Thanks

Sounds like anxiety to me. I would often get a warm sensation from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. Such a strange feeling. Sometimes I would get warm all over and the sensation would pass through my body like a wave.
