Normal Active Heart Rate?

What’s a Normal active heart rate while walking around being busy in the house? I usually just lay in bed most of the day but have been moving around to get ready to go out my heart rate was at 135 then dropped to 125 then 111 while doing this. Normal?

Heart rate changes every second honestly. A lot has to do with your physical activity level. Usually the more active you are the lower your resting heart rate is. With that being said anytime we’re moving it will be higher than resting heart rate which is 60-100. So 110-120 while cleaning or walking steps is normal.

Mine can go all the way to 160bpm while I am walking round but I do power walk and always on the move so it’s high but it comes down quick and doesn’t stay high which doctors says is a good thing. In the mornings cause I get straight out of bed and start sorting out my pets etc it can shoot from 80bpm to 120bpm
