Hi, my name is Kirsty, I’ve joined new today looking for some help and support with my anxiety.
I struggle drastically in social situations constantly thinking and feeling sick ! (Being sick in public is my worst nightmare !) this is now interfering with my work, relationships and day to day activities.
Any help or replies would be greatly appreciated !

You may feel sick, Kirsty, but I doubt very much that you will ever be sick. Anxiety is often felt most in the stomach, it is the part if the body that reacts to anxiety first. A tea made from thinly sliced ginger root is the age old solution to settle your tummy or your doctor can give you something on prescription if it becomes a problem. I've had it too and tummy ache too but like all the symptoms of anxiety it will go so long as you stop stressing about it and stop stressing sbout any other symptoms of anxiety you have. Accept them for the time being, they are not important, you can handle them whilst carrying on with your life. Thousands have the burden of anxiety but carry on with their day, anxiety feeds on fear so instead accept all the symptoms for the moment and in the fullness of time your anxiety will surely pass.
