Hi rajsam, Mitazapine is a good drug usually used for major depressive disorders. It's in it's own class of antidepressants. It's usually effective after 4-8 weeks. It is a successful drug but might not be so with high anxiety levels... I hope you have some success with the Pregablin & Proponal.
Always keep your doctor informed with how you are doing. He is the best judge according to your health history as to what is best for you. Good Luck in going forward with getting relief.
Mirtazapine (Remeron) is an antidepressant used to treat major depressive disorder so it's not surprising there are side effects, interactions and indications that you speak to your doctor if bothered by taking it.
You might like to discuss taking it at a different time. I switched to taking it at night and the change was amazing. Got better sleep due to it's sedative quality and much less side effects. The improvement in my sleep meant I felt much better during the day.
