Iv been getting symptoms of anxiety, my dad suffers from anxiety/depression he on pills for that? But the past months I have been really struggling to get to sleep ,I get to sleep really late around 3-5am n wake up at 12pm-2pm what could this be for me not getting to sleep at normal times

I would say stress try to take some meletonin help you sleep
