Put a table up about an hour ago, felt a little tired after and short of breath and now it’s all I can think about, sat thinking I’m breathing too fast and it’s making me panic and running alsorts through my mind!

Anxiety is a liar! That is what I have learned.

Take deep breaths in so that your stomach lifts up, 5 seconds to breathe in, hold for 2 seconds and then breathe out for 5 seconds.

Do it a few times.
