Hey everyone. I can’t describe this sensation when I get up and start walking. It’s like a vague waftiness. Not lightheaded or like I’m going to pass out. But like borderline? So damn hard to explain. Like a subtle feeling of losing balance. Ugh I hate it.

What is this lightheaded feeling
Funny how this post popped up, because I feel this too. It's not a horrible dizzy feeling, but you just feel off. You walk straight, but you suddenly feel yourself kinda shifting to the side slightly. Doesn't it also feel like you are kinda sleepy?
Each person is different, but when I feel like this, I try to relax. Stressing out about it can make it worse. Listen to soothing sounds while lying in bed. Be sure to do breathing exercises.
Sometimes it can also be that you are not drinking enough fluids, or lacking a certain vitamin. If you suffer frequent headaches, lightheadedness is a common symptom. However, stress, anxiety, and depression cause many physical symptoms.
I'm sure it's nothing, but be sure to check with a doctor.
I get this everyday, especially at night! I’ve found an ice cold water bottle or a cold flannel on my forehead sometimes helps ground me again and gets rid of my symptoms for at least a few hours! Not ideal but it helps for me.
