Hi😊 My anxiety & depression are really getting to me this pass week.... all I want to do is stay in bed & cry. I shocked myself 2 days ago, plugging the light in in the garage.... now I've convince myself that I did serious damage to my heart... I'm down about the holidays coming up.... tired of being tired & sad all the time.... 😢
