Both look normal and identical. No difference. So don't worry about it any more, there isn't a problem, just your nervous system playing up a bit.

I've just been getting a really cold foot sometimes out of nowhere which is worrying me but I've only been seeming to get it since I've been focusing on this, I've been touching it and playing around with it abit compering the difference I don't know if that would have anything to do with it I'm just terrified it's to do with the heart. I'm a state I really am I feel like I'm in hell everyday it's really really horrible.

As you say, you only seem to get it when you concentrate on it, it's anxiety alright. I do think you'd benefit from a course of anti anxiety medication to give you a break from this constant worry you experience caused by anxiety. I presume you're waiting to see that cardiologist that you gp referred you to, hope its not a long wait, tell the cardiologist about your worries about your foot. You"ll need to see your gp to get a course of anti anxiety meds, you will really benefit from them, you need a break from all this worry.

But I still say everything you worry about is in your imagination, I think you'd also benefit from your gp refering you to a therapist to talk you through things.
