Hi! Welcome to the group! You are in the right place, it sounds like you're having typical anxiety. There are a lot of amazing people in this group. My advice that I like to give anyone and everyone is, get checked by a Dr. It's best to know you're healthy when dealing with anxiety.

I was like that but since seeing a psychologist it's helped me so much as now I'm not running to the doctors over every pain or weird sensation. I highly recommend a psychologist. But also reassure yourself it's nothing to be worried about but if it's persists and gets worse as in the pain gets unbearable then seek a doctor. Stay strong X

I feel exactly the same, I always feel short of breath, I feel light headed and get heart palpitations a lot. It’s a horrible feeling because it causes me to feel nauseous 😞
