Does anyone else tend to just dwell on something and overthink it too much?? I had to make a tough decision to break it off with the love of my life because I was constantly being let down and not treated right. I know I had to let go to have a better life for myself and my son, but I cannot help the feeling I made the wrong choice!! Now I cannot sleep and it's weighing heavy on my heart and making me sick to my stomach.

Ajrea2, affairs of the heart are always the hardest to let go of. The great Oprah Winfrey always told women to follow their gut instincts because it usually was the right thing to do. Once you have made a decision it is important to stick with it or the doubts will start taking over.

If you felt strongly enough to break it off with the love of your life once, why would you think anything would be different in how you would be treated if you changed your mind.

Time will tell where this will all go. Meanwhile continue on with having a better life for you and your son. Going forward in life is always the best option. Good Luck Ajrea, I wish you happiness and content xx
