Does anyone think about feeling sick then you actually feel like your going to be skcn it’s awfull recently

This happens to me all the time. It pops up in my head that I feel nauseous and I get to the point where sometimes I even do end up being sick. Can barely go to a restaurant anymore without constantly worrying about being sick. It sucks!

Yes me too my heart races and I feel like I’m going to throw up do it at least once a day!

Yes my anxiety causes me to feel very sick to my stomach usually when I have to be in a public setting or if I have an appointment I pretty much live on pepto bismol sometimes
