Weird feeling

This morning Inwoke up feeling very anxious. Almost jittery my chest feels weird too. Has anyone’s anxiety made them feel like this imwhen they wake up. I have so many physical symptoms anyone notbsurebifbthisbis normal.

Ive awaken several morning to be hit with a huge feeling of nervousness. Sometimes the nervousness is in my stomach and sometimes its in my chest. The last few days its been in my chest. But extreme nervousness is a classic symptom of anxiety.
