I'm on meds

Mirtazapine 30mg is that a lot. Said takes few weeks to work. Could give suicidal thoughts,wouldn't I've thought doc would give that to me.

I think all anxiety, depression meds have suicidal thoughts as a side effect as they can increase anxiety before they lower it.

I'm on 15mg and they give me restless legs an hour after taking them, don't seem to have increased my anxiety or lowered it so not sure if they are working for me. Citalapram and Fluoxetine gave me extreme anxiety and panic attacks so stopped them straight away.

Hi jennifer234, Mirtazapine (Remeron) is a great antidepressant drug. Highest doses are up to 45mg. So you are in a perfect starting dose. It takes 1-4 weeks to reach full dosage levels in your body. It should help you immensely with your thoughts and feelings.
