Hello, you've had a bad day and I agree it's not pretty......not anything to do with serious anxiety is pretty. And sometimes it just feels good to say that out loud.

But tomorrow is another day, and another chance to learn how control that beast.

I agree that depersonalization is the worst symptom, however, to me, heart palpitations are the scariest. I experience lots of depersonalization but I experience heart palpitations a lot more often. It's all just so stressful sometimes. I hope you find some relief to your depersonalization.
