Post trauma & virus

Hi there .

I got shingles in feb, I then had a reaction to the anti viral s , this took me into hospital with an anxiety attack...

I've battled from now till then recovering.

Weakness ( fatigue ) from the shingles & anxiety of my body feeling so weak ( the circle)....

I've tried returning to work but it's too much.

I know to distract my mind .

Any tips on stamina building
